Easter Fun at PH Camps: What We Got Up To
The Easter holidays brought plenty of energy, creativity and fresh air to PH Camps. Across our camps, children got stuck into a wide mix of activities, made new friends and enjoyed a brilliant balance of active play and creative time.
Action Packed Days
Our multi-activity programme was in full swing throughout the holidays, with children enjoying a variety of sports, team games and challenges each day. From football and dodgeball to relay races and group competitions, there was always something to get involved in.
We also ran Easter themed activities across the camps, including our much loved Easter bunny egg hunts at several sites. These were a real highlight, bringing children together for a bit of excitement, teamwork and plenty of smiles.
Creative Easter Crafts
This year’s Easter crafts were a real standout, with a huge range of hands on activities that kept children engaged and proud of what they created.
Children explored everything from watercolour egg resist art and scratch art eggs to butterfly symmetry prints and bunny paper lanterns. There were also interactive and group based activities like seed bomb making, nature bracelet foraging and the egg launch target game.
Our bigger projects were a great success too. The giant egg colour wall and spring meadow mosaic gave children the chance to work together and be part of something bigger, while still having their own creative input.
In week two, the creativity continued with activities like building birds’ nests, making parachuting chicks and designing Easter chick stick puppets. The spring window garden display and suncatcher frames were fantastic take home pieces that parents could enjoy as well.
A More Personal Camp Experience
Easter camps had a slightly calmer feel compared to earlier in the year, which created a really positive environment across our sites.
With slightly smaller groups, children benefited from more support, more encouragement and more opportunities to get involved in every activity. It also gave staff more time to work closely with children, helping build confidence and making sure everyone felt included.
This is something many children really thrive in, and it was great to see them settle in quickly, try new things and enjoy their time at camp.
Making Friends and Building Confidence
As always, one of the best parts of camp was seeing friendships grow. Whether children joined us for a single day or across the full holiday, there were plenty of opportunities to meet others, work together and build confidence.
From partner challenges like the egg bridge build to group games and shared creative projects, children were constantly learning, socialising and supporting each other.
A Safe and Supportive Environment
We know that for parents, peace of mind matters just as much as the fun. Throughout the Easter holidays, our teams continued to deliver the high standards you expect from PH Camps.
With qualified staff, enhanced DBS checks and a strong focus on safeguarding, every child was cared for in a safe and secure setting. As an Ofsted registered provider, we are proud to offer a service families can trust.
Thank You and See You Soon!
A big thank you to all the families who joined us this Easter. We loved having you with us and hope your children went home happy, tired and full of stories from their day.
If you are already thinking about the next school holiday, bookings are now open. We would love to welcome your child back for more fun, activity and new experiences.
